By accessing and using CudiApp ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All products sold on CudiApp are digital goods. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download or use the purchased product. Prices are displayed in euros (€) and all transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
Sellers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their products, providing adequate product descriptions and previews, and fulfilling any promises made in their product listings.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to review and approval by our admin team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
All content on CudiApp, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CudiApp or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
CudiApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
